Stepwise Podiatry was founded by Dr. Anna Kapustina, a U.S. Navy Veteran. She earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences and completed her residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Tucson, Arizona.
